1. Refund Eligibility

  • 7-Day Refund Guarantee: Our refund policy is valid for 7 days after your first payment for new customers.

  • Shared Hosting and WordPress Hosting: Refunds can be requested within 7 days of purchase if you are a first-time user and are not satisfied with the service.

  • If your product or service has not been delivered, you can cancel and request a refund by submitting a support ticket.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds are not available for the following:

  • Domains (including renewals and registrations).

  • Reseller Hosting (after the 7-day eligibility period).

  • Cloud Hosting.

  • VPS (Virtual Private Servers).

  • Premium Add-ons.

  • Dedicated Servers.

  • Payment gateway charges or transaction fees.

3. Conditions for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be submitted via a support ticket within the specified timeframes.

  • Refunds will only be processed if there are no violations of our Privacy Policy or Terms and Conditions.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 3-7 working days.

  • The refund amount will be credited to your bank account, subject to the processing times of payment gateways such as Razorpay, Stripe, PayU Money, or Paytm.

5. Service-Based Nature

As we are a service-based company, returns are not applicable. We only process refunds for services that meet the conditions outlined above.

6. Services Cancellation Fee/Charges (After the 7-day Apply):

  • Reseller Hosting : ₹ 550/- INR / $ 6 USD

  • Cloud Hosting: ₹ 550/- INR / $ 6 USD

  • Shared Hosting: ₹ 550/- INR / $ 6 USD

  • WordPress Hosting: ₹ 550/- INR / $ 6 USD
